Since the widespread of high speed Internet connections, writing and sending letters has become an inefficient communication method. If you intend to send a letter, like in the old days, you may not remember where to write down the destination and return addresses. Easy Mail can help you print envelopes of any shapes and sizes. Additionally, it allows you to create and print mailing labels, manage a mailing list, compose letters or memos and more.
Easy Mail is free for 30 days, after which you must pay a one-time only fee, if you wish to continue using the application. The installation package is only 1.25 MB and the setup wizard will guide you through a straightforward procedure. The application works on all Windows platforms, from Win 95 to Win 8.
The compact user interface consists of a text editing box, which corresponds to an envelope's characteristics. You can switch between different envelope types, like business, personal, catalog or invitation, just by clicking one of the buttons located on the left side of the window. It is also possible to include or exclude a logo, return address and a bar code, by clicking a series of check boxes, in the same area.
Each envelope type can be reconfigured, on a separate window. You can change the alignment for the address, return address, logo and so on. It is also possible to create new envelopes, with heights and widths of your choice. Addresses and return addresses can be saved on different separate windows. You just need to fill in a series of input fields. When you need to print an envelope, you can select a saved address and place it on the envelope instantly.
There are many other useful features to find on Easy Mail's interface. You may create printable mailing labels of various sizes, use different metric systems, choose an envelope feed method, to make sure that you print the addresses and logo correctly and much more.
You can print addresses, return addresses, bar codes and logos on envelopes, with the correct size and alignment settings. The application allows you to create and manage mailing lists, define your own envelope types and more.
The interface's graphics could use an update. Instead of writing addresses on each envelope, you can use Easy Mail to print out all the relevant information on hundreds of envelopes.
